World Cup Simulator is an unofficial, fan-made prediction and mini-games site for entertainment. The launch product is designed to work without account creation and without server-side prediction persistence.

Contact and support requests should go to hello@worldcupsimulator.app. Do not send full Lemon license keys in support messages unless the owner specifically asks for them through a secure support process.

Predictions are stored in your browser with localStorage so your private picks can be restored on the same browser. Custom Maze Ball Race levels, mini-game recording preferences, audio settings, and similar gameplay settings are also local-first when those features are used.

Shared prediction links use an encoded URL state containing prediction choices. They are meant for sharing your picks, not personal identifiers. Anyone with the link can view the encoded picks.

Direct web premium is planned as a one-time 1.99 USD Lemon Squeezy hosted checkout unlock. Lemon handles checkout, payment details, receipts, refunds, tax, and payment records under its own terms and privacy disclosures.

The app validates a Lemon license key through a server route and can set a signed HttpOnly premium entitlement cookie so the same browser can return without ads. New browsers or devices restore premium by entering the Lemon license key from the receipt. Full license keys should not be logged or shown back to the browser after activation.

Free users may see ads only after the owner enables an approved ad provider configuration. The current launch framework keeps live ad requests off by default, includes app-side frequency caps, and can use local storage or session state for ad cadence and no-fill fallback limits.

Rewarded ads may be offered for optional rich PNG or video export. Basic prediction links remain free. Premium removes ads, rewarded ad prompts, ad scripts, and ad placeholders.

If Google AdSense or Google Ad Manager is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, web beacons, ad identifiers, and similar technologies for ad serving, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and personalization where allowed.

For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, live Google ad requests require a Google-certified consent management platform with IAB TCF support where consent is legally required. If the CMP is missing, rejected, failed, or unknown where required, live ad requests must stay suppressed.

The app includes Vercel Web Analytics for production aggregate measurement when the Vercel project has Web Analytics enabled. Analytics is not initialized in local development or automated tests. Pageview URLs are stripped of query strings and hashes before they are sent, so encoded share states are not sent as analytics URLs.

Approved custom analytics events are limited to aggregate simulator and mini-game completion signals. Prediction choices, champion picks, license keys, checkout email addresses, and private support messages must not be sent as analytics event properties.

The app may use localStorage, session storage, cookies, or similar browser technologies for prediction restore, share UI hints, premium entitlement, consent settings, ad frequency caps, custom levels, and local recording preferences.

Because predictions and custom levels are local-first, you can remove most app data by clearing this site's browser storage. Premium payment and license records are handled by Lemon Squeezy and may be retained as required for payment, tax, fraud prevention, refund, and support obligations.

If personalized ads are later enabled and applicable law treats them as sale, share, or targeted advertising, the owner must add a clear opt-out path after legal review. This policy does not claim the site sells literal cookie files.
