Refund and Access Policy

World Cup Simulator premium is a one-time, non-consumable digital unlock. The core simulator remains free, and premium access is tied to a purchase/license key rather than an account subscription.

Completed premium purchases are final and non-refundable once the digital unlock or license key has been delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law or required by the payment provider.

Losing access to a license key, browser, device, or account used at checkout is handled as an access recovery request, not as a refund request.

If you paid for premium and later lose access, contact support with proof of purchase. After the purchase is verified, we can restore access or send a replacement key for the same one-time premium unlock.

Useful proof can include the Lemon Squeezy receipt email, order ID, receipt email address, purchase date, or a masked license key. Do not send full payment card numbers, passwords, identity documents, or sensitive private codes.

If you believe you were charged twice, charged by mistake, or did not receive a working key after payment, contact support as soon as possible. We will check the purchase record and either restore access, issue a replacement key, or handle the payment issue as required by law and the payment provider's rules.

Replacement access may be refused when a purchase cannot be verified, the product was refunded or charged back, the key was resold or shared, the claim appears fraudulent, or the request is for a different product than the World Cup Simulator premium unlock.
